Having started as a ‘traditional’ letting agent – offering letting and property management – we expanded our services by becoming an approved provider for five local authorities in London and more recently Luton Council. We now manage a mixed portfolio of properties, in London and Luton. Using Waltham Estates means you are using a qualified estate agent in Walthamstow as we are proud members of the Association of Letting Agents (ARLA), the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and subscribe to the code of practice published by The Property Ombudsman (TPOS). The key to our continued success and expansion is the experience of our team. With over 20 years of experience, our senior management offer is a steady guiding hand for our business. We continue to develop our knowledge through courses run by our trade bodies and we enroll all our staff to complete the Technical Award in Lettings and Property Management. You can rest assured you are in safe hands when instructing Waltham Estates.
